Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your unworn items in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
